On the latest episode of The Geeky Juans Podcast, we talk to Miguel Mercado once again. We talked about Spider-Man 2099, his art style, working with different comic book companies and much more!

We caught up with Miguel Mercado for another round of comics and more!

When we first interviewed Miguel, he had just started working on the Power Rangers Covers by Boom Studios. A few years later, we talked to Miguel once again and he’s making covers for Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Spider-Man and even Gwen Stacy!*

This new interview with Miguel further explains his art style, his sentimental connection to Spider-Man 2099 and his artist recommendations. We’ll do our best to have recommendations at the end of each episode so you’ll have something to take in whether it’s music, games or any medium.

*Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we don’t know when the Gwen Stacy cover will come out. We just wanted to give you a heads up.

**Steven also mistook Nighthawks as a Norman Rockwell work but, it was a different artist named Edward Hopper. Apologies in advance.

Steven is a Data Encoder by Day and Comic Book Geek/Wrestling Fan by Night. He focuses on Japanese Pro-Wrestling or Puroresu and comics on The Geeky Juans. You can follow him on Twitter or Instagram where he shares his love for all things geeky.
