To celebrate the release of the new Scoob! movie, Warner Brothers decided to release several Scooby-Doo comic book catalogs for FREE from May 15 to September 7. That’s right. Entire books for free on digital for a limited time. If you’ve wanted to see Scooby-Doo team with the likes of the Justice Society, Birds of Prey and even the Doom Patrol, you can catch them in the Scooby-Doo Team-Up series. There are six volumes available on Comixology right now.
For those unaware, Scooby-Doo has been part of the Warner family for several years now. The franchise was originally owned by the Hanna-Barbera Animation company and was sold to Turner Entertainment in the late 1990s and followed by a purchase by Time Warner in the early 2000s. As of this typing in the 2020s, Scooby-Doo is now under AT&T and Warner Media.
That’s right. Our favorite Great Dane has been part of several multinational conglomerates. This free batch of comics is just another way to get more new fans familiar with Scooby-Dooby Doo.
You don’t just get the Scooby-Doo Team-Up comics for the next few months. Readers can also read the Scooby-Doo Where Are You? comics which have been running since since 2010.
That is a lot of comics for newbies. If you’re more interested with the DC Superheroes, I suggest reading the Scooby-Doo Team_up series. You can see the Scooby Gang team up with different DC Superheroes.
For the fans who are less interested with superheroes, you can read the Scooby-Doo Where Are You? series which tell stories in single issues like the old-school comic books.
The Scooby-Doo Catalog is now available to read for free on ReadDC.com, Comixology, and wherever you can read DC Digital Comics from May 15 to September 7.
