The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim just celebrated its 10th Anniversary.
Jude and I were still in college when the game first came out. All of the geeks in campus were hyped for the game. One decade later and the game is still going strong. You can’t really say that for a lot of video game franchises.
Thanks to our friends from Bethesda we were informed of the latest updates to celebrate the release of Skyrim Anniversary Edition last November 11.
Skyrim Anniversary Edition features the complete Skyrim Special Edition PLUS all previously released Creation Club creations for the game. It also includes four free creations, new to the Creation Club:
- Saints & Seducers introduces an additional storyline across two quests (complete with side quests) for players to delve into, plus additional armour sets, weapons, enemies and much more to discover.
- Rare Curios brings additional goods imported from all over Tamriel to Skyrim’s Khajiit Caravans.
- Survival Mode has your Dragonborn contend with the very elements of Skyrim itself to survive.
- Fishing lets you angle over 20 unique aquatic species across the area’s many bodies of water. Cook your catch for a meal, display it as a trophy in your den or even keep it inside your own home aquarium – the choice is yours.

Skyrim Anniversary Edition is available 11.11.21 for PC, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. Additionally, Skyrim Special Edition owners on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S, as well as Xbox Game Pass subscribers on Xbox Series X|S will receive a free upgrade to an enhanced version on November 11 for their respective PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S systems!
